ابوالفضل عابدینی از جمله جوانان پان ایرانیست خوزستانی است که دلبسته این آب و خاک است و علیرغم فشارهای روحی بسیار، میهن خود را ترک نکرد و همچنان در درون میهن به فعالیت های سیاسی و حقوق بشری خود به گونه ای علنی و شفاف پرداخت و البته هزینه های گزاف آن را نیز پرداخت.او هم اینک به ناراحتی قلبی دچار گشته است
پرسش من از مسئو……لین قضایی و اطلاعاتی کشور این است که چرا اینگونه با جوانانی که دلبسته کشور و ملت خود هستند برخود کرده پرونده های آنانرا امنیتی می کند در صورتی که پرونده ی یک فعال سیاسی و یا حقوق بشری و خبرنگار یک پرونده قضایی است و اگر جرمی مرتکب شده اند باید بر اساس قانون با او رفتار شود.
ابوالفضل عابدینی همانند دیگر پان ایرانیست ها نه در انتخابات شرکت داشت و نه در مسائل پیش آمده پس از اعلام نتایج انتخابات و اگر هم در این زمینه اطلاع رسانی ای نموده است در راستای حرفه ی خبرنگاری و حقوق بشری آن هم به شکل کاملا علنی و نه مخفیانه بوده است. دستگاه امنیت باید از این بابت خرسند باشد که ایشان برخلاف دیگران کارهای خود را شفاف انجام می دهند و اصولا موجب ایجاد شبهه در انجام برخی حرکتهای ضد ملی نمی شوند.
این امنیت ملی چیست که همه ایرانیان میهن پرست و ملی علیه آن اقدام می کنند؟ آقایان ما را راهنمایی بفرمایید که چگونه یک فرد پان ایرانیست که میهن پرستی در همه وجودش است اقدام علیه امنیت ملی می کند و اصولا نخستین جرم ایرانیان اقدام علیه امنیت ملی است؟!

Journalist Abolfazl Abedini Nasr was arrested at his home in the city of Ahvaz on 2 March by several men in plain clothes. The men, who all wore hoods, broke down the door of his house and brutally beat him. He had been earlier arrested on 30 June 2009 and freed on 26 October after putting up bail of 300 million tomans… (270,000 euros).
According to RAHANA, The activist is suffering from a serious heart condition.

Last October, with the regards to this request, the workers wrote a letter to the director of the labor department in Khuzestan to demand the establishment of the Union that has been rejected by Intelligence Ministery before. The striking workers of Haft Tapeh factory chanted ”Earning a living is our rights (Having livelyhood is our rights)” or ”We the workers of Haft Tapeh are Hungry, Hungry”. The workers asked for their months of unpaid wages, resignation of the president and the board members, and the head of security forces at the factory. They also asked for the security and judicial forces for immediate cessation of filing dobious complaints against the workers. Over 2,500 workers supported this petition, but a few days later, the workers’ representatives and Mr. Abedini that had covered the news regarding the worker’s strike, were arrested by Iran’s Intelligence Forces.

His crime is defending the rights of the laborers of Haft Tapeh factory and defending the Drivers union.
Mr. Abolfazl Abedini was brutally beaten by the Iranian security forces and was savagely taken away from his family and friends to prison at dawn of March 3, 2010? For the crime of defending the worker’s civil right of Haft Tapeh suger cane factor.

Journalist and human rights activist, Abolfazl Abedini who is a member of the Pan Iranist Party has dedicated his life to jornalism and defending human rights in Iran.

HRA-News Agency, Mother of Abolfazl Abedini,the Journalist and Human Rights activist, wrote an open letter to the Minister of the Judiciary system ,requested fair justice and resolve Abolfazl’s straying torment in prison , in Iran.

Mr. Abolfazl Abedini Nasr, journalist and formerly human rights activist in Iran, organized siege at his residence was brutally beaten and subdued on eleventh of Esfand 1388(March3/2010) in the city of Ahvaz. Later he was transferred to Evin Prison in Tehran.

Honorable Ayatollah Sadeq Amoli Larijani ,the head of judiciary branch of Islamic Republic of Iran
with regards and wishing you a happy new year, I am the mother of Abolfazl Abedini, the journalist of our precious Iran,being witness to his confinement with his poor health and questionable physical and emotional condition, was the greatest gift that I received for the new year during these days.

As of 5 years ago this emaciated young man has been arrested, imprisoned, tortured,put in the solitary confinement, and posted heavy bail amount for his freedom with the help of compassionate individuals.
He was never found guilty in any of the court hearing and he was cleared of all charges.

For what crime does he deserve to be tortured? For the crime of defending the rights of the laborers of Haft Tapeh factory and for defending the Drivers union and other guild and unions? Or for expressing the problem that exist in our country?

I want you, the supreme judge, with all fairness in presence of the God,the Creator, pay exceptional attention to my 28 years old child who suffers from severe heart problem as a result of the his captivity the past five years, and resolve the abeyance state that he is in.

I want to advise you that if any thing happens to him, you are going to be responsible before God the merciful .

In addition I should mention that he is in the solitary confinement,in Sepah Pasdaran prison, joint 2 at Evin with the denied rights to retain or communicate with an counsel. It has been a month that Abolfazl is being interrogated.

نامه مادر رنج دیده ابوالفضل عابدینی نصر به رئیس قوه قضاییه جمهوری اسلامی

خبرگزاری هرانا – مادر ابوال…فضل عابدینی روزنامه نگار و فعال حقوق بشر در ایران با نگارش نامه سر گشاده به ریاست قوه قضائیه خواهان رعایت عدل و روشن شدن وضعیت بلاتکلیف این زندانی وجدانی در ایران شد.

ابوالفضل عابدینی روزنامه نگار و عضو سابق مجموعه فعالان حقوق بشر در ایران در یورش سازمان یافته به اعضا و همکاران سابق مجموعه فعالان حقوق بشر در ایران با محاصره منزل و ضرب و شتم در شهر اهواز و در 11 اسفند ماه بازداشت و به زندان اوین منتقل شد.

با سلام واحترام و عرض تبریک سال نو
من مادر ابوالفضل عابدینی نصر یکی از روزنامه نگاران ایران عزیز هستم که این روز های سال نو شاهد در بند بودن فرزند بیمارم ونامشخص بودن وضعییت روحی و روانی وجسمی اش بزرگترین عیدی بود که طی سال های طول عمرم نصیبم شد، از 5 سال قبل تا به امروز هر ساله این جوان نحیف را دستگیر نموده و زیر شکنجه برده وبعد از گذراندن انفرادی های طولانی مدت با قید وثیقه های سنگین که همگی توسط مردم دلسوز تامین شده آزاد گردیده و درهیچ یک از این دادگاهها مجرم نبوده وبا سربلندی برائت دریافت کرده.

آخر به کدامین گناه مستحق این شکنجه ها استُ به گناه دفاع از کارگران نیشکر هفت تپه خوزستان ودفاع از سندیکای معامان ایران و دفاع از سندیکای کارگران شرکت اتوبوس رانی و اصناف دیگر و یا گناه بیان حقایق روز کشورمان؟.
من از شما قاضی القضات می خواهم با رعایت عدل در پیشگاه عادل هستی، جهت مشخص شدن وضعییت بلاتکلیف فرزند 28 ساله بیمارم (ناراحتی قلبی شدید که نتیجه زندان در این سالها بوده است) تمام تلاش عادل گونه را بکار برده ونسبت به این جوان بیمار توجه ویژه ای نمایید. باشد که هر گونه اتفاقی برای ایشان بیفتد در پیشگاه پروردگار باری تعالی، حضرت عالی مسوول خواهی بود. لازم به ذکر می دانم که ایشان در سلولهای انفرادی بند 2 الف سپاه پاسداران در زندان اوین بدون ملاقات وتماس وارتباط با وکیل، اکنون به مدت یک ماه است که در حال بازجویی است.
